Obituary for Marcella Reddig (Wilson)
Marcella "Maggie" Reddig, 98, of Milan, IL, passed away peacefully Thursday, June 23, 2022, at Avonlea Cottage, Milan, IL.
Services will be Thursday, June 30, 2022, at 11:00 am, at Wendt Funeral Home in Moline, with a visitation one hour prior to service beginning at 10:00 am. Burial will be in Andalusia Cemetery. The funeral service will be live-streamed visit her memory page at wendtfuneralhome.com.

Marcella was born on September 16, 1923, in Barstow, the daughter of Lewis and Lillian (Bangert) Wilson. She married William C. Reddig on September 25, 1949. He died in 1987.
Marcella graduated from Cordova High School, Class of 1941. She worked as a clerical worker for Rock Island Railroad and C.J. Duffey Paper Company. She was a former member of Gloria Dei Presbyterian Church in Rock Island, IL, and First Christian Church in Moline, IL.
Survivors include sisters-in-law Florence Wilson, Bernice Wilson, Diana Wilson, and Betty Reddig; numerous nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sister, six brothers, and special friend, Howard Fraser.
