I so thoroughly enjoyed having her as a P.E.O. sister. She always had a wonderful laugh and great attitude, even when faced with obstacles in her life.
She helped me immensely when I took over geranium sales for our chapter. I was so grateful.
She was loved and will truly be missed.

LaRue was such a wonderful, loyal, and faithful sister in P.E.O. Other organizations to which she belonged, must also say the same of her. I never heard her say anything but good things about folks she knew. She volunteered for many fundraising events, and spearheaded our successful geranium sales for several years. As such an accomplished quilter, she once donated a quilt for a P.E.O. raffle, and my daughter, who won the quilt, has it on her bed to this day. LaRue brought a ray of sunshine wherever she went. Generosity was personified in LaRue. She would always blush and giggle at praise given for her accomplishments. She will be greatly missed.

I’m so sad to hear of LaRue’s passing. She was such a giving person with a fun personality and a great laugh. I always had fun with her. My parents and LaRue and Glen were good friends when they were younger. I have fun memories of going to each other’s house and going on vacation with them. I can still see LaRue doing cartwheels at a cabin in Minnesota. She brought joy to my dad the last few years of his life. I’m so grateful for that. Rest In Peace LaRue.

LaRue was a huge part of my life growing up and a wonderful influence. She was the office manager at Dental Associates for a great number of years. She tried to keep me out of trouble. I felt we were buddies who occasionally got together to discuss the times we spent together. She was always interested in how my life was progressing and always asked about my wife and kids. She was always upbeat and she will be surely missed. She was always positive in and about life. I know that one day hopefully I will meet her again and more properly thank her for the times we spent together.
