Bessie was in my seventh grade class at John Deere Junior High. She was the only student to invite me to a high school graduation. Bessie always had a big smile for me and was one of the nicest people I have ever known. I am so saddened to discover of her passing. Dennis Moore

The world is A little sadder now that part of its sunshine is gone. Went to Moline high school with Bessie and she always had a smile for everyone. One of the sweetest people you could ever meet. We will all miss you!
